Package pricing
Published package prices apply to the stated package structure and remain subject to the written schedule of works, final quotation, site conditions and any owner-requested variations.
Images
BTO design boards are official Project Direct package visuals. Portfolio photographs show completed homes for reference. A visible item in an image is not automatically included in a package.
Scope
The signed quotation and applicable written schedule of works control the final scope, quantities, dimensions, material selections, exclusions and additional works.
Main package exclusions
Unless expressly included in writing, principal exclusions include appliances, sanitary wares, furniture, décor and lighting fixtures. The S$20,000 resale package also excludes the service yard.
Warranty
Project Direct provides a 5-year workmanship warranty, subject to the applicable project terms and warranty conditions.
